The class of 2017 included students from the ordinary MEET programme and MEET Pt, a Portuguese teaching programme in partnership with the Catholic University of Portugal. We are delighted to see the expansion of the number of participants from 150 in 2016 to roughly 250 in 2017. MEET 2018 continued with the South East Asia Engagement (SEA) Project to include funded opportunities for students from Cambodia and India to join the team as teaching assistants.
MEET 2016 was the first year of MEET. 20 students from the University of Edinburgh were recruited. 150 students from 7 different secondary schools participated in the programme, which covered the fields from basic robotics to linguistics
